Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal information the All in for Fin fundraiser collects, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the rights you have. Written in plain English, no jargon.
Who we are
"All in for Fin" is a personal fundraiser run by the family of Finlay Cormack to raise money for his life-changing heart surgery in the United States. The fundraiser is organised by Clare Cormack (Fin's mother).
If you have any questions about how your information is handled, contact us at weare@allinforfin.co.uk.
What information we collect
If you sign up for updates
When you fill in the "Walk this road with us" form on our homepage, we collect:
- Your first name (optional)
- Your email address
We use this only to send occasional updates about Fin's surgery, fundraising progress and ball news. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us, and we will remove you straight away.
If you buy a ticket for the Fundraising Ball
Ticket sales are handled by our ticketing partner Ticket Tailor. They collect your name, email, dietary preferences, seating preferences and card payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
The information we receive from Ticket Tailor (name, email, dietary needs) is shared with the Titanic Hotel Liverpool so they can prepare your meal and seat you correctly on the night.
If you donate
Donations go directly through Red Sky Foundation / Enthuse or GoFundMe. We do not collect, process or store any donation or payment information ourselves. Their respective privacy policies apply.
If you email us
If you email weare@allinforfin.co.uk (for example a sponsorship enquiry), we hold your message and contact details only for as long as needed to reply and follow up.
Our lawful basis for using your information
- Consent — when you sign up for updates, you are giving us consent to email you. You can withdraw this at any time.
- Contract — when you buy a ticket, we need your information to fulfil the booking and serve you on the night.
- Legitimate interests — when you email us, we use your details to respond and run the fundraiser, in a way you would reasonably expect.

- Formspree — processes our subscribe form (privacy policy)
- Ticket Tailor — processes ticket bookings (privacy policy)
- Stripe — processes card payments (privacy policy)
